An editable multi-valued text field on a form was changed to a dialog list field with an @DbLookup formula. When I now edit a document that was created before this field was changed, the available selections for this field are the original values that were entered. On such a document, is it possible to have the available selections for this field determined by the @DbLookup instead of the values that were originally entered?
